Dan is the man! My Tahoe got cracked from heavy ice up north while on a trip. Not only did he get me in quickly but he handled all my insurance. The process was quick and painless. They also notified me that I apparently lost a windshield wiper blade on the highway, probably due to ice. They replaced the blades also. Dan was very honest during the process and bob worked hard to put the glass in place and get it all cleaned up. I can't thank them enough

Attention to Detail Missing on this Repair: I recently got a rock chip on my windshield and contacted my insurance company to have it repaired. They recommended a different windshield repair provider, but I chose to go with Novus since I had worked with the owner, Alan Paul, on previous repairs. Alan reached out to me on Saturday, September 6th to schedule the appointment. I brought in my SUV for the windshield replacement, but unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the repair. The technician seemed unfamiliar with reinstalling the sticky pad for the Touch Keypad Entry System on my windshield. He removed the keypad, stuck it onto the adhesive pad, and then tried to apply it to the glass. This resulted in a large air bubble underneath, as the correct method is to adhere the pad to the glass first before attaching the keypad. I contacted Alan about the problem, and he assured me that a more experienced technician would correct the issue. We scheduled a follow-up appointment for the following week. However, when I arrived, the same technician was assigned to fix it. He told me, "I know how to fix it now--I brought my credit card," and proceeded to use it to try to smooth

I had my 2012 Ridgeline serviced at Novus Glass in Wilmington NC on February 24, 2022. Alan made my appointment. I had a leak around the windshield inside the cab. I was happy with the service and I followed their instructions about the care of the new windshield. I had no imperfections on the vehicle around the windshield at the time of the service. I waited till it rained before I washed it because I wanted to make sure the process had fixed the leak. I washed it on March 13th, this past Sunday and noticed the ding pictured in the photos. I spoke with Alan today about this. He was adamant about his shop supervisor that assisted in the install's truthfulness and after discussing it with him said it couldn't have happened at Novus. I explained to him that if it hadn't happened there during the install how is the windshield and molding perfect. The dent wasn't there before hand, and it's so close to the windshield that the windshield and molding would've been damaged if it happened after. Alan's excuse for Novus was that the shop doesn't have any tools that would cause the dent and hung up on me. This is bad business at its finest. My truck was damaged while removing th

My windshield cracked a couple weeks ago with the ice storm and a small chip in the corner that I didnβt see. My windshield cracked pretty much from passenger side to driver side. I actually had a deductible and it ended up being cheaper to pay out of pocket for a replacement. I checked a couple places (safelite and Registerβs) and then called Novus and the price difference was unbeatable. I made an appointment for 2/3 and I made a mistake by telling them I didnβt have a condensation sensor when I actually did. They were able to order the correct windshield and install it still all on the same day. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. I work right around the corner and was offered a ride to work and they even offered to drop my car off when it was done. I highly recommend coming here and I will be bringing my cars here from now on, which a couple need to be fixed since they leak (classic muscle cars).
